We run on a weekly production cycle. Here's exactly when we're in office, when we're making your products, and how to make sure your order ships on time.
Tuesday through Thursday · 10AM – 3PM Central Time
During office hours we are answering emails, processing orders, handling paperwork, customer communications, and taking care of business operations.
The best way to reach us is always email. Send messages, ask questions, request quotes, and schedule consultations anytime at hello@tributehairandbody.com. We respond within 24 hours during normal business hours.
Friday through Monday
During production days we are in the lab making your products — prepping, formulating, creating, settling, testing, filling, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment the following week.
Email responses during production days may be slower — we'll get back to you on the next office day. Feel free to reach out anytime and we'll respond as soon as possible.
We accept Zelle for orders — no fee, and it moves your order to the front of the production line. If you'd like to pay this way, just contact us and we'll send payment details directly.
